The journey begins by selecting the adventure you’d like to pursue—whether it’s deer, turkey, or fishing—and adding your name to the waitlist. You may order the order of trips you would like to go on, and we’ll do everything we can to get you on a trip within the next calendar year. While that might not always mean your first-choice week, our team will work hard to connect you with the best opportunity possible so you can experience the adventure firsthand.

Being on the waitlist comes with a big advantage: you’ll receive a special pre-invitation email before the official invites go out. This announcement tells you exactly when invitations will drop, giving you the best possible chance to clear your schedule and be ready to claim your spot as soon as registration opens. It’s the best way to stay one step ahead of the crowd. Please note: a pre-invitation is NOT an official invitation 

When the invitation email is released, every second counts. Spots are extremely limited and tend to fill up quickly, sometimes within hours. That’s why we encourage you to be waiting at your computer when your invitation arrives. Don’t put it off —delaying could mean missing your chance to be part of the adventure this year.

On invitation day, you’ll receive your official email with all the trip details laid out: location, dates, schedule, and what to expect. Once you’ve looked it over, you’ll lock in your place by filling out the Google Form included in the email. This quick form lets you select your week, provide your details, and officially reserve your spot.

Once your reservation is processed, our team will send you a personal confirmation email. This will include your secured dates, travel recommendations, potential license requirements, packing details, and everything else you’ll need to be fully prepared. We’ll walk you through the logistics so that from the moment you leave home, you can focus on the adventure ahead—not the details.
