There are seasons in ministry when the weight doesn’t just stay with you—it settles deep. In your thoughts. In your spirit. In the quiet moments where you realize you’ve been pouring out far more than you’ve taken in.
And over time, even the most faithful leaders can begin to feel spiritually dry. Not because they’ve drifted—but because they haven’t had the space to be filled.
Throughout Scripture, we see the importance of stepping away—not just to rest, but to be with God without distraction. To sit, to listen, to be renewed before being sent back out.
The Full Buck Adventures Pastors Study Week is built for that kind of renewal.
Set in the stillness of winter—when the world quiets, snow settles, and even the air feels slower—this week creates space for something deeper. There’s a kind of clarity that comes in the cold. A stillness that invites you to stop striving and start listening again.
This is not a retreat filled with activity—it’s an intentional clearing. A quiet, set-apart space where the noise of ministry fades and your attention can return to what matters most: your relationship with the Lord.
Unhurried mornings in the Word.
Time to read deeply—not for a sermon, but for your own soul.
Moments of stillness where you’re not preparing, leading, or producing—just receiving.
But you’re not alone in it.
Other pastors are here too—men walking through their own seasons, carrying their own weight, seeking the same renewal. There’s a quiet brotherhood that forms in this space. Conversations that happen naturally—over coffee, around the table, or late into the evening—where walls come down and honesty replaces performance.
You can step into those conversations, share what you’re carrying, and be reminded you’re not the only one. Or you can spend the entire day in solitude—door closed, Bible open, resting in uninterrupted time with God.
There’s freedom for both.
And in between it all, you’re cared for.
Warm, thoughtful meals prepared for you.
A table you don’t have to host.
Space where you’re not the one pouring out—but being poured into.
This week isn’t about doing more.
It’s about being filled again—alongside others who understand exactly why you need it.
