There are seasons in ministry when the weight doesn’t stay in the office or the sanctuary—it makes its way home. It shows up in the small moments, in shortened conversations, in the quiet sense that time together has been thinner than it used to be.
And over time, even the healthiest families can begin to feel a little out of sync.
Throughout Scripture, we see the need to step away—not just to rest, but to return. To come back to the people God has entrusted to us and be reminded of who we are together, outside of everything we carry.
The Full Buck Adventures Fall Cabin is designed for that kind of reset.
Fall has a way of slowing things down on its own. The air sharpens, the pace softens, and everything around you seems to invite you to pause. It creates the kind of environment where connection doesn’t have to be forced—it just happens.
This isn’t a scheduled retreat or a structured getaway. It’s space. Real space.
Space to wake up without rushing. Space to spend time together without interruption. Space to let conversations unfold instead of squeezing them in. Mornings feel steady and quiet.
Afternoons invite you outside—walking, sitting, breathing in the cool air.
Evenings draw everyone back together—around meals, around stories, around the kind of laughter that comes when no one is in a hurry to move on.
There’s no pressure here to make anything happen. But what often happens is simple and lasting—reconnection, clarity, and a renewed sense of togetherness.
You’re not stepping away from your calling.
You’re investing in the people who walk it out with you.

I have been in ministry for 14 years, and I have never been on a sabbatical. Thanks to Full Buck Adventures, we were gifted with the opportunity to spend a week at the Minnesota Cabin. This is the closest thing to a sabbatical that we have ever felt. My family felt refreshed, giving us the time to focus on just being together. I returned to ministry after a week of rest, refreshed and energized to go. Thanks, Full Buck, for giving my family and me this opportunity. We recommend and would do it again!
